Dan Gallagher is the principal at North Sierra Homes and a builder for more than two decades. Dan’s involvement with the Nakoma Community spans 15 years, lending a comprehensive knowledge of the development and custom home construction in Plumas County.

With boots-the-ground knowledge of Nakoma, its properties and terrain, Dan owns the unique ability to factor in the nuances of the land when creating a home design on a given piece of property. Dan specializes in optimizing views, privacy, and landscape features in an overall design so your home feels completely congruent with its surrounding.

Along with design and build expertise, Dan’s experience dealing with the various agencies, consultants and stakeholders in the Nakoma area runs deep. This familiarity with the process and players removes the guesswork out of building a custom home.
