Nakoma 180 is based on the 2,700 sf Ascend model, adapted to the specific vision of the client -a vacation mountain-resort home, perfect for gatherings of family and friends, ideally designed for vacation rentals. The site was ideal for this floorpan, with a central building site backing up to a ravine and greenbelt. This scenic backdrop to the home helped dictate the layout -the high windows and spacious deck task in particular.

The de rigueur hot tub is set aside in favor of dry sauna accessed off the private master bed patio.

Located in the resort core, but just far enough away from Altitude, the Lodge and the Inn to provide a serene mountain ambience, the site couldn’t have been better for this home concept.
